Performers of Perfection: Terms of Service

1. Scope of Services & Estimates
Performers of Perfection provides home improvement and construction services as detailed in your specific project proposal. Estimates are based on initial inspections and current material costs; they are valid for 30 days. Final pricing may be adjusted if unforeseen structural issues are discovered once work begins.
2. Payments & Changes to Work
A deposit is required to secure your spot on our schedule. Progress payments will be billed according to the milestones set in your contract. Any requested changes to the original plan (Change Orders) must be approved in writing and may result in additional costs and timeline extensions.
3. Scheduling, Access & Safety
We will coordinate a start date that works for both parties. Clients must provide clear access to the job site during agreed-upon working hours. For everyone's safety, please keep children and pets away from active construction zones. We reserve the right to pause work if the site is deemed unsafe.
4. Warranties & Liability Limits
Performers of Perfection warrants that all work will be performed in a professional, workmanlike manner. Manufacturers' warranties apply to materials used. Our liability for any claim is limited to the total amount paid for the specific service in question. We are not responsible for damage at the site that existed prior to our arrival.
5. Photos, Marketing & Disputes
We take pride in our work and may take photos of the project for our portfolio and marketing materials. If a disagreement arises, both parties agree to first attempt a good-faith resolution through direct communication or mediation before seeking legal action. These terms are governed by the laws of the state where our services are provided.
